Can you plea first offenders act on a misdemeanor in ga? I was arrested for simple battery,cirminal trespass,hendering a 911 call. Can I also ask for 1st offenders on all 3?

the only thing the FOA does is allow you to be able not to list yourself as a felon on job aps, military aps, etc if you complete the terms of your sentence

It is NOT a type of plea, it just make it easier for convicted felons to make a new start
