How far out from you is your personal comfort zone? (When a stranger stands any closer than this you get uncomfortable.)

About 5 feet. Which I know is a little big, but I really don't like to be any closer to people than I have to.

I need two feet (that's roughly 670cm for all you that want America to go Metric).

I need the majority of people to be at least an elbow's length away from me. I can tolerate my mum and my sister closer, not touching me but closer. Other than that it has to be an elbow (good thing about that is if they get too close, you can always just elbow them out the way)

Depends on what the stranger looks like.. if he looks harmless i dont mind 1, 1.5 feet. but if its some crazy looking, doped out crack fiend, im gonna flip out at 10 feet.

To be honest, apart from my wife and daughter I would rather most people stayed at least 1 or 2 miles away! I would love to go and live on an island, just the three of us, away from the rest of the world. Back in the real world though I normally get very edgy if somebody is less than 3 feet, luckily most people don't want to get too close to me either.

I have a very large bubble and I don't like alot of people to invade it strangers, my kids and sometimes even my husband. If I put my arms straight out and spun in a circle that is my zone please don't pop my bubble.

Depends on the situation. If i'm at a gig or on a crowded tube or something then its acceptatble to stand fairly close (but not touching if avaoidable) - but if i'm just standing in the street, i'd rather people didn't stand within a foot of me, at the least... maybe a few feet. If i had my way it'd be about a half mile, lol.
