well the fact is that they know he was there when he died and that does look a little on the murder side of things sense he gave him the pill and jackson didnt just grab it and take it . so ya it could be but dont know till cops say so. +4

I'm sure that wasn't his intent; so it would be a lesser charge. I think he served as Michael Jackson's "drug dealer", supplying him with the drugs he desired for a price. If they prove that the doctor was the one who administered the drugs that killed Michael Jackson; he will be charged in his death.

Its doubtful because if anyone was michael jacksons doctor they would be getting paid mad bank. Why kill a customer who pays very well?
