• the feeling you get when it feels like your being thrown over your bed is when your body doesn't rest before your brain does and all the messages get sent at the same time to your mind because it feels like your brain is gona shut down the your organs its only to make sure your staying alive. and the reason why you cant fall asleep on the days you work out is from what you ate before lots of sugar can affect you or sea food (gives you horrible nightmares)
