Contact TFER http://www.tferfw.org/ Make a police report so that you can't be accused of parental abduction. If this goes on for a couple of weeks, file an emergency change of custody order. I am a little concerned that she may have moved out of state while you had the child, so that the child didn't know what was happening. You might file for a temporary custody now until she can provide complete info on her current address. If she calls, record the conversation without her knowing it. It's legal in Texas. http://www.rcfp.org/taping/states/texas.html He might want to prep for a custody challenge. Don't forget that Texas is the only state where you can ask for a jury trial. http://preview.tinyurl.com/Custody-Can-A-Father-Win Here's something for you. http://previews.tinyurl.com/StepFamilies

What an unfortunate mess for that poor baby. *it amazes me how some people are allowed to continue to breed.
