Not that I can recall. I believe I've answered (or almost) a few questions more than once, and, strangely, with almost the exact same wording. ;-)

No, actually. At least, not that I know of. In fact, I've accidentally given more or less the same exact answer to one question three times.

It is possible, although I can't think of an instance.
