Real coffee does not get stuck in jars. Chuck that fake stuff away and but some descent coffee.

If it's a glass jar you can add the hot water to it. Keep the jar in the fridge to keep it fresh.

Yuck, if its stuck it means it got damp, and that means its spoiled already and not fit to drink. Just chuck it out and keep the next jar in a dry cupboard, and keep the lid done up properly.
