I'd say no, but in the eyes of the law, or your wife, yep :-)
-
Nahhh.
-
If "it" is an STD, it does.
-
Does it remember if you were too drunk to count it?
-
No it a lame excuse. We all use it when we done something that we are a shame of.
-
Notreally. If you don't remember it it didn't really happen.
-
Yes. And the getting too drunk to remember counts too. That is two strikes against you.
-
Yes it counts and being drunk is no excuse.
-
Generally no, buf it counts if at least two of your mates remember it...
-
If you are really too drunk to remember it....how do you know it happened? Did you have an audience? If not, you must have some recollection. As far as counting it, are we talking a notch on your bedpost? Then, no. On the list of stupid things you've done, yes. Some things to think about: you could be paying 18+ years of child support. Or have to wait nine months to find out your "not" the father. Boy, that sure doesn't seem worth it. You could have acquired any number of diseases, including one that is fatal. Or just one that you never get rid of. As in herpes. Then again, you could be passing on a disease. You could have driven(?) a car and killed someone. Maybe the real issue here is your drinking.
-
It counts if you were behind the wheel of an automobile. You'll remember it in the morning as you wake up in jail.
-
If were talking about something big, you will remember, no matter how drunk you are. It's the little things you get fuzzy about.
-
Depends. if it is to your benefit - of course. if it could be a problem - of course not. if you're an interested third party (lilke girlfriend) you'd better believe it, buster
-
Try asking a Judge and see what kind of response you get.
-
I don't think it does, I used to get into a lot of trouble for the things I did while too drunk to remember them the day after. But you should be responsible for all those drinks you had. After a while, you can tell when enough is enough.
-
Yes, it does. You chose to take that first drink. Your subsequent behavior is also your responsibility.
-
Yes it counts. You are responsible to not get that drunk.
-
What?!? Of course it counts. Thats like asking if its gay if you beat them up afterwards!
-
yes and i have NEVER been too drunk to remember anything!
-
Yes, drunkenness is just an excuse for cheating. Getting drunk enough to lose your memory or just loosen up enough to cheat shows the same lack of character and integrity
