Technically, it could count as a run-on IMO. Better to say: The decisions of all my yesterdays will hold me accountable for my actions today and help me to meet the responsiblities they instill in the future (you could say in all my tomorrows, but it's awkward, IMO). Good sounding though for sure, using the yesterday, today and tomorrow triangle, how about: The best way for me to meet the responsibilities of tomorrow are for me to be accoutable for my actions today as they were formed in the decisions I made yestarday.

yikes! how about, rather: "My past decisions continue to guide my actions today and i feel confident they will aid me in my future endeavors as well."

Today I am accountable for the decisions of yesterday, however I am also prepared and eager for the challenges of tomorrow. My take on your thought. Insightful. Thank you.
