What... you think that's a bigger miracle than virgin birth or rising from the dead? :)

Have you no shame sir? Have you no sense of decency at all? On the one hand, you readily admit women can be artificially inseminated in a comment you posted, but on the other hand, you refuse to believe God could have done the same thing to Mary. In other words, if man does it - it is just business as usual, progress, no big deal, but if God does it - it is a fairy tale. Do you not see how amazingly biased that seems? And there are plenty of monks around the world today who take vows of celibacy, who have never had intercourse, nor have they performed masturbation. Jesus was a perfect man, how much more could a perfect man resist such temptations than an imperfect one? Again, your bias blocks your ability to reason and use logic.

To be fair, having a wet dream is not a voluntary act and probably not considered a sin. Also, although it is relatively rare, there are people who are completely non-sexual: http://www.asexuality.org/home/ if ordinary "sinful by nature" folks can be completely free of sexual desire, then surely, a theoretical God in human form could have major lifelong ED. Maybe God chose not to give himself testosterone to combat such things.
