Like 'statutory sexual assault' maybe? Changing the name doesn't make the act any less wrong... In Canada we use the legal term sexual assault to cover all cases....as it doesn't have to include violence. Coercion is sexual assault, for example...or having sex with someone who is too drunk to formulate a defence verbally or physically...

No, because it is rape: children aren't mentally capable to consent to sex with adults. I do think the ages should be reconsidered. I know the laws vary from place to place, but I think children 14 years and older should be given special considerations (in that I think they can be mentally capable to consent to sex with an adult -- the circumstances and character of the people involved should be considered).
