Can I test positive on a random drug test if I did not smoke marijuana and if they retest the same urine will I test positive again?

I believe there are more exact (and expensive) tests. Insist one one. If someone tries to fire you see a lawyer (if you really haven't smoked marijuana).

You can test positive for drugs from eating poppy seed muffins. However even it was a while ago of doing any kind of drugs it will still remain in your body for a while. Depends on why you tested positive. It could of been an error but usually there aren't that many errors. If you did any kind of drugs you will test positive and no matter how many times you retest the urine you still will.
