Yes I believe that it is reliable but no doubt many will condemn me as a madman!
-
I believe it is 100% accurate, but people love to find fault in it so they don't have to look at their own faults.
-
No. For it appears that the Bible can be made to say anything. For example: The wicked Bible. "Thou SHALT commit adultery!" http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Wicked_Bible

I think its the reliable word of men setting their own agenda. Nowadays its all about money and who has the coolest church. Factually and historically it's about as reliable as a tower block made of jelly in an earthquake. Other than that its a passable work of fiction.

Which Bible? Yours? Mine? The fence-post's? And if I say mine is the Word and yours isn't, are you going to smite me? Oh and BTW, I don't think God spoke Latin... or even Aramaic for that matter. The problem is that nobody wins when you start bring religion into things. Too many arguments, too much killing, too much nailing of lifts onto other people's feet. More people have been killed in the name of God than any other single cause. "Imagine there's no Heaven It's easy if you try No hell below us Above us only sky Imagine all the people Living for today Imagine there's no countries It isn't hard to do Nothing to kill or die for And no religion too Imagine all the people Living life in peace You may say that I'm a dreamer But I'm not the only one I hope someday you'll join us And the world will be as one Imagine no possessions I wonder if you can No need for greed or hunger A brotherhood of man Imagine all the people Sharing all the world You may say that I'm a dreamer But I'm not the only one I hope someday you'll join us And the world will live as one." -John Lennon Hope this helps.

no !.. its not reliable at all, the Bible was written by man and it has been worked in the direction by the men who wrote it and has been twisted and misinterpreted since the very first day
-
If you believe in a God that is everywhere, then find the part of Him that dwells within you, and ask Him yourself.

I was raised to believe it was corrupted. With age and wisdom, I've come to see that it is quite reliable. It isn't terribly accessible without some serious study, however. The language, culture and even geography has changed so much over thousands of years that it takes quite a bit of work to unpack it. If you just give it a surface read, you are bound to end up with serious misunderstandings. Trying to separate parts and say "this part is right, but that part isn't" will get you in trouble too.

It is all we have! Study will reveal the meddling of men!
-
You miss the point. Even where it is a perfectly accurate record of what God said it is still the word of someone far more intelligent than you and I are. To correctly understand it we still need to pray and ask for his help. . And where it has been corrupted by human meddling, prayer and the help God can give us can still get us past that to understand the truth men have tried to hide.

the Bible has been changed into too many versions (NIV for example) to know which is the way that He (God) wrote it. but i believe that it's reliable, whether or not it's EXACTLY what He said.

Odd that you left out the option that it's compleately fake.
