Would you stab your brother to keep him from hurting your mother?

No. I'll talk to him and try to resolve the problem. If nothing can be done, and he's just an agressive violent person to my mother. I'll put him down, and take the charges.

If it was the only way to stop serious violence, yes. But not in a vital spot (organs, etc.)

Hmm, I would like to say no, but until I'm in a situation like this, I have no clue. Depends on what kind of damage he would be inflicting upon her I guess.

I don't have a brother. I'm an only child. Coming from an only child, I would do anything to keep my mom safe. Won't want to loose her.

I don't think I could stab a person, only because a knife wouldn't be the first thing I would think of....I'd probably shoot him.

Only if things get really bery bad. There are other methods of resolving issues too. I hate people who think that they have right to stab anyone to achieve their "desired" outcomes. What if you were having those type of fights with your mum? Would you approve your brother stabbing you? But people think that they are too "good & noble" & if they are having the same fights then they should not be stabbed while others should!! Anyways, its none of your business. Don't interfere until things get really very bad.
