I don't hate people in history. It is called "letting go".
-
Hitler is the man I hate the most.

I don't hate anyone, but I don't particularly like Franklin Roosevelt or Ronald Reagan. I also don't like Idi Amin or Roger Moore.

I would have to say Stalin... Hitler's Nazis were responsible for around 20mil killed while he was in power (Through war & executions) Stalin is 'solely' responsible for around 40mil dead while he was in power (Through executions, starvation, practical slavery, etc) He even said "The death of one man is a tragedy, but the death of a million is just a statistic"... So yeah, what Hitler is responsible for is absolutely horrific, but not many people seem to know that at the same time, Stalin was murdering twice as many of his own people...

You cannot hate a person in History, you may hate what they have done and the consequences of those actions, but the person themself is beyond hate

Hate is a strong word, and reduces you to the level of the person who has angered you. If I said the person who made me angriest, it would have to be Hitler, with Stalin and his croneys not far behind, and in close third, Pol Pot. He killed 1/3 of his own people, not because they were of a different religion, or because they opposed him, but because he wanted to start the country from Year 0 and these people couldn't undo their upbringing.
