Putting things into perspective. I actually ask myself the following questions: What's the situation? How was I feeling just before I started worrying? what are some points that would support my worry? what are some points/thoughts that seem irrational? It actually helps me because I realize, hey, I'm being irrational right now. Try it, it really works.
