The ripple effect would be catastophic if it were to happen. Maybe they sould file chapter 11, reorganize and go back to basics carwise,and employment wise. All are going to have to be willing to work for much less pay including the high ranking officials and union employees as well. By the way Ford just said last week they do not currently need any bail out monies. But the Autoindustry is only a small part of the picture that is planned in the upcoming total depression and bank ruptsy of the USA and the world.

Yes. why should we continue to ball out the big ones and let the little ones go under? Makes no sense to me. Not only that, but they made their bed, now lets let them lie in it.
