It used to be me, but I got sick of it. I was a hardcore Democrat in my youth, and voted blindly for D's my first election. Someone said something to me a little later in life that stuck with me. If you can't find 1 good thing about someone on the opposite team or 1 bad thing about the person on your team then you aren't looking at them. You are looking at what you want them to be and that is a lie. It has carried me through and held true all these years now. I vote for people, not their letters.

No. I do not have a one-sided view of politics. I am neither conservative, nor liberal. I usually fall somewhere in the middle. Before I believe anything I am told, I carefully research and/or discuss all of the pertinent issues, come to an educated conclusion and then act or vote accordingly.

If you don't look at both sides of an issue you don't get the full picture. People think one way and that's what they believe.
