There's someone in my parent's cybercafe who really stinks. We don't want to offend him, but customers are complaining, what can we do?

If your parents own the café, they have the right to serve or not serve anyone they want. If he is chasing business off or bothering others, they should say something to him or else ask him to leave somehow.

You could have Speed Stick or Dial Ads on the homepage, suttle. You could post a sign that says "we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone".

Tell him to go take a damned bath or don't come back. Sometimes you have to offend people like it or not. he cetainly doesn't seem to have a problem offending others. On the other hand i often smell kind of funky because of the work I do and people who complain.. well.. As far as I'm concerned..tough luck. i live with it. If a store owner asked me to not return i wouldn't. I don't like being around people who are so picky assed finicky anyway. I worked with a woman who complained about my "odor" every single day and I took daily showers, but i ignored her and went out of my way to walk between her and the fan. Then again I had to go into a large paint oven 20 Xs a day where the temps reached 150 F and couldn't help but to sweat. In her case i farted on purpose near her just to disgust her. ;)

There was a student teacher in my old school that smelled really bad, my aunt was one of the teachers and she took her aside one day and said it to her, she never smelled bad again, people dont realise they smell, if someone says it to them in a nice way they might do something about it!

You could offer him a complimentary mint or anything like that which you may have on hand. You could even put scented candles around the entire area to mask the odor and give another not so subtle hint. You could say that it is a new thing that you pass out complimentary mints to the patrons and that the candles are just a novelty item to liven up the room. Work it that way. :)
