As a guy, I can tell you we aren't worth it. Just to bring a bit of humor to a serious subject. All adults have had failed relationships that made them feel very bad. You're not alone. The best thing you can do is find someone you can trust to talk with and help you. Don't be afraid to seek professional help. There's nothing wrong with that. When I was in my early 20s, I lost a long-term relationship and suffered a lot over it. I didn't date for 5 years. I was very depressed. I now have a lovely wife and family. You can get through this.
