  • I'm sure some are. Just like with any other organization. But no, being pagan does not equal being bad at all.
  • First define pagans. -------------------- No I don't think that makes them bad people. (If they performed human sacrifices and torture then I would think of them as bad people.)
  • Not generally, but I am one, so I may be biased.
  • I am an atheist. That being said, I have been told by many different theists that I am going to hell, that I am immoral, that I am evil, that I am unpatriotic, etc. They have suggested that the world would be better off without me and that I will eventually be punished for my lack of adherence to their particular beliefs. None of those people were Pagans. Every Pagan I have ever encountered treated me with kindness, dignity, and respect, and I have treated them in kind. In my experience, Pagans are good people.
  • Not as a group. Bad people come in every possible stripe, so there will always be some Xs (pick a group, any group) who are bad people. It's like George Carlin said (paraphrasing), "Why hate people because of the color of their skin or their religion? There are so may better reasons to hate people on an individual basis." :)
  • No. Some pagans are bad people, most are not.
  • No, to be honest pagans (as a group) never caused any trouble from what i've seen. Now other religions/spiritual beliefs have caused much torment for the world, but pagans don't seem to bother anyone.
  • Of course not. I do however know someone who does think pagans are "bad" people, and in stating this, I would just like to say that her f*cked up judgment of others [in my opinion] makes her a "bad" person.
  • You cannot answer this anymore than you can answer "Are all Irish drunks?", "Are all Jews cheap?", "Are all blondes dumb?", "Do all Greeks like it up the butt?", etc. Generalizations will not answer any question like this. There aren't bad people and there aren't good people. There are just people. Sometimes they'll do harmful things, sometime they'll do beneficial things, and sometimes they'll do things that seem not to affect anyone. No matter what their religion or ethnicity or color or sexuality or gender, this will be the case. (I do want to warn you, however, seeing that you put this in the "Paganism" category you should keep in mind that most of the answers you are going to get are going to be biased. If you were to put the same question in other categories, you could get quite different answers.)
  • no, not at all, used to be one myself. i consider myself to be a scientific pantheist these days.
  • every religion. race, creed, color, etc has bad and good ppl. your question is vauge
  • No. I think anyone that has no ethics, values, morals or conscience is bad - both pagans and all others.

  • Pagans are merely people who know some esoteric things that they developed into rituals based on the 360 Degrees of Knowledge the Nubians taught the Rosicrusian & Theosophists. They kept it to themselves instead of reveiling the truth of the Nubians and shelled out crumbs for you poor europeans to dabble in. To discover the truth of paganism you must access the source. The cradle of civilization Nubia! You know, the Atlanteans with the knowledge of the last Golden Age. Pagans are those who found out enough of the sacred wisdom of the Nubians and began to stray away from Constantines warped Christianity. Pagans originally were just godless barbarians then they got the crumbs & began to become enlightened to a small degree. taadaah, Osara (a Nubian)
