1.Doctor's say
2-3 days exercise per week
is sufficient, and I 'm still thinner than the big belly.
2. As per weather report- today will be a rainy day.
3. There will be no change if I am not exercising today, because 55% members are like me.

My best friend died last night and I have to be with his family.
Get a Wii - then neither storm or cold will keep you from exercising - besides it's fun. :o)

Other than death (your own), nothing. Vigorous physical exercise is survival. +4
Lung cancer, chemotherapy (both cause extreme fatigue).
Unless you gots a broken appendage or something akin to same, there ain't any excuse!

;-)
You either have a grueling physical illness or a devastating family emergency.

"I feel like being lazy and unproductive."
Existential vacuum?
;-)
Its too far and gas is too much
Painful foot, asthma, or illness that would make exercise inadvisable. I've been on long bike rides with occasionally severe hypertension.
A cold, icy winter morning.
Simple-"I don't feel good"
Well, to encourage you- I've lost from 54kg to 47kg in six months without excercise except for walking my dog 2x. I take a good breakfast so that I'm really full and the whole day that thought will stay till evening for my dinner. I take half portion of carbo but a good portion of protein. Since then I never felt hungry for snacking if so I'll take fruits at lunch time..or beans. I cut off all sweet bread chocolates and any carbonated drinks. I take fruit juice, veg and fish more than chicken or red meat. So there it is possible to loose weight WITHOUT vigorous excercise that can be your motivation.aLSO LOOKING lighter and happier no more weight worries- eat anything once awhile that would spice up your menu best of all you'll feel different and think different too. For me it's working well because I need to be slim so that I'll look a little fatter on tv camera..hehehe
It's too hot to go during the day and I worked until 10:00
I forgot my pills. (giggles)
you are going to die anyway, who cares if it is a day or two earlier?
you fell a sleep!
love the attitude here.
It's Sunday!
I got some Captain Crunch I need to finish off, and then there's the Star Trek marathon on the Sci-Fi channel. After that's over it's time for a nap. And I got this coupon that's about to expire for 2 McBurritos free if you buy any double McTaco large combo.
Busy, busy day.
Have you seen the remote?
I'm dead. The health benefits are pretty much meaningless.
*cough* i'm sick....
Im supposed to be doing homework

If I want to congratulate someone I will do it in a comment thread.
by Merfish on May 31st, 2009
why not as an answer?
by Lion Heart sleeps on May 31st, 2009
Because too many people ask those kinds of questions just for the points, they are not even real friends with the person being congratulated. Just to be sure, I never answer any of them anymore.
by Merfish on May 31st, 2009
Answer them, dont give any points. I tell you the logic behind it. If someone asks for points, the truth is that the person who is being congratulated surely deserves to be congratulated. So you congratulate him or her and don't give any points. In this way, the Objective would easily be fulfilled. Any way, i and J ninja are great friends!
