It will effect everyone!!! Smokers and non-smokers! If alot of smokers are forced to quit smoking because they cannot afford to smoke, where do you suppose the government is going to look for that tax money they are not from the tax increase? Surely not their own pockets! What about the small tobacco companies who risk being put out of business over the new tax increase and they end up cutting jobs, whose "tax" money will supporting those workers and their families? What about the people who sell tobacco or the truck drivers who haul tobacco, this tax is making tobacco a high theft item, so these people can end up hurt or dead if robbed. What about your children? You can rest assured tobacco will sold like drugs maybe even on the black market. Do you honestly think that the "seller" is going to card your 13yr old?
Even if you do not use tobacco, but say you use other herbs, you will be paying a tax on your rolling papers too.
I dont smoke, but I think that if you believe this isn't going to effect you because you don't smoke, then you are in for a very rude awaking!

Yes, very much so.
There will be paperwork and inventory involved to pay the increase, as it will be retroactive on all the packs currently in the store.
I will also have to listen to every customer complain about it.
