How do people who have lost a child in death survive the grief? I don't think I would be able to go on if something like that happened to me. How does one cope?

I gave birth to my child 24 weeks into the pregnancy. He was born alive and died 9 hours later when my fiancé decided to cut off his life support. It happened 2 years ago. Why can't I get over it?
