I am not so sure that I would want to put a name of an unborn baby on me. Wouldn't a simple flower or an angel be a suitable tribute to the baby you lost?

I think if this is something you are really going to do, you have to pick the name yourself. It will mean more.

    Sorry about your miscarriage.

We miscarried about 6 months ago and it was more painful than I could have imagined. We did'nt do a thing in the little one's memory. I think a tattoo is great but I think the name should come from you and you alone.

    Good luck

Ameera Joy. Ameera (also spelled Amirah) means Leader and Princess, while Joy is self-explanatory.
I apologize for your loss, but I have to let you know that I admire what you're doing. Good luck with the search for names :)

Sorry for your loss. I think you need to select a name on your own. It should be something that you will hold dear. You don't need us to do it. Mother knows best.

Brianna Faith (which means strong one and to trust (American))
Avariella Daveigh(which means small strong women and beloved (Americcan))
Angelito Cailean (which means little angel and child (Spanish and Irish))
I chose these names because i thought the meanings were special.

My wife and I lost a child to a misscarrage also. at 17 weeks justation we were unable to determine the sex of the child. We both felt that the child was our son. we couldn't find a name that felt right, and it was decided that the name was to be Baby.

My Suggestion would be Baby Angel

I hope you won't take offense to this, but what about the name Clementine? I love the name, but I can not get over that sad song "...you are lost and gone forever, oh my darling Clementine..." I think the name is sweet and unusual.

Also, Perdy and Perdita are latin names meaning "lost"
Angela, Angelina, Angelica, Angelique all mean Angel or Angel like
    Celeste (for the celestial heavens)

Devi is a Hindu name that means "resides in heaven"
Leilani is Hawaiian for "Heavenly Child"

I am sorry! You can use my name Angel seems appropriate. I would put Sailor in the middle. It is my daughters name. I named her because an old man i knew had a grandchild named Sailor. He lit up at just the thought of her. I saved that name until I had my first child, years later. I thought i would always see that sparkle in his eyes when I thought of her, and I still do. She is 28 now. She actually has that sparkle

I am sorry that you had this experience. I would like to ask you to think about something..assuming you have other daughters, do you also plan to tattoo their names on your body? I think you can explain all you want to your future daughters, they will feel you love your first one more unless you plan to make things equitable. Just a thought about future consequences.

im so sorry to hear you have lost a child, but she is in an amazing place right now and you will meet her one day, she will be there waiting for you! just know that before she came to this earth when she was still in heaven she chose you, she chose you to be the one to carry her and be her mommy!
i found a name for you...no middle name but i thought the first name could really work because of its meaning!

Delaney ... means "angel from heaven"

I'm so very sorry for your loss. What a neat idea to get a tatoo with her name on it. Some that I like:
Angelica Kalli (Angelica means 'messenger of God', Kalli means 'beautiful'

Amy Beth (Amy means 'beloved' and Beth means 'God is my oath'

Brianna Eternity (Brianna means 'noble' and Eternity means 'everlasting'

I named my daughter Starr. She is the center of my universe and if it weren't for her, I probably wouldn't be here today. I named her middle name after both of her grandmothers (CArol and Adeline) so I came up with Caroline. I was going to name her Starr Angel, but my mother has passed away and I wanted to give my only daughter part of her name.
