What do you think of the fact that during his State of the Union speech, President Bush made no mention of the Gulf Coast's Hurricane Katrina victims, or of plans and ideas to aid that area and it's residents?

The contents of Bush's State of the Union addresses no longer concern me. It doesn't matter what is or is not in them. He just has no credibility left with me. He speaks, and I hear, "Blah blah blah blah blah blah blah." I figure it is pretty easy to tell when he is lying, because his lips are moving.

Its my understanding that there is like 600 million dollars of federal aid still sitting on the side waiting to be used. Its an old issue, much of this now depends on the local governments.

I saw that report on CBS also. They said that 13,000 people are still in those FEMA trailers. I would've thought that bringing light back on this subject would have helped his approval rating, at least a little. He's wasting everyone's time with this lost cause in Iraq. His legacy isn't looking good so far (obvious understatement).

What do I think of Bush? He didn't and never did and never will care about the suffering of common people. He cares only about his bottom line and whether or not Dallas residents throw rocks at his new digs.

it was a different agenda and not required to address in a "state of the union" address....he went there ,he was there, and he did what was required as far as plans and aid to the residents.....WE ALL DID... i didn't expect it in this ADDRESS...
