Some people want tricked out cars, others want tricked out computers. Personally, I'm not one to have a see through case and blinking/black lights/shiny objects for the world to see. However, I can see the appeal it would have for others. Almost every mod I perform on my computer now is to try and make it as quiet as possible. I don't really have any pictures because it doesn't look any different from the outside, but I've put in high efficiency 120mm fans to try and keep fan noise down. I've also put specialized heatsinks and cooling fans on my CPU and video cards to cool more, and keep the noise lower. Finally, my hard drives are mounted with rubber gromets to have the least noise possible coming from vibrations of the drives. All in all, I've got a system that all but the most sensitive of sleepers could have in their room at night and not even notice.

All to their own. My main Pc is slightly tricked with neon fans, a bar, extra HD activity front panel lights and cut out. There are 3 additional case fans, mixed bag of four opticals. Noise is not a huge concern to me, but I did have to muffle the box a bit as initially with everything spinning it did sound like an air port.
