None. Forcing children to eat just causes food issues down the road. I would find other ways to sneak vegetables into your diet. (For example - anything covered in cheese sauce normally goes right down the gullet! lol)

If U were my kid I would bathe you in Holy Water first before attempting to feed you. Hi,Sara It's Leo!!!!!

10 probably. You should try other kinds of lettuce; butter, green leaf and romaine are better than your standard iceberg lettuce, they have a lot more flavor. Plus add tomato and egg and cheese and stuff for more variety. Even anchovy if you like really salty things... ;-D

None. I would leave your mother, pregnant at the alter. Just because I'm a bastard like that. =P Then I would show up 20 years later, overweight, unemployeed, balding, and in desperate need of money so loan sharks don't take my thumbs. =P

After reading the comments from other answers and knowing you wish to consume salad I would not as a parent force you to eat anything you did not like but I would encourage you to try different things to help you reach a taste that was acceptable to you. Like some who do not like regular iceburg lettuce, may like romaine lettuce or another leafy plant like spinach salads. Many here in Tennessee rather the spinach as they say it has a lot better taste. It does not taste like regular spinach in a can and it is much healthier to digest.

Just one bite. Kids have preferences just like grown ups do.

I'd be happy with one bite from a child of anything. The idea being that with food, how do you know if you like it or not if you haven't tried it. Beyond that, it should be if you're hungry or not, and don't substitute junk for food. Stick with healthy, natural, and nutritional, as much as practical and possible. But then balance also with what goods for the soul too.

One...just to try it.
