Both. He'll be a good leader just by not being like W. He'll be a great leader if he does just a little bit more.

Obama will do something great for our country. Bush was horrible- he was practically destroying our country! Obama will fix everything.

At this point, we cannot say. Obviously Bush was not a good President, but there have been some good Republican and Democratic Presidents and poor ones. We will just have to wait and see. So far, Obama seems like he is working hard and I agree with a a few of his policies, but I also disagree with some as well. Only time will answer that question.
