As someone who has worked in (Australian) casinos, I can safely say that No, they do not have cameras in the bathrooms. One place where I worked, however - the Bathroom attendants all had security licences, and basically performed much the same function of a security guard, just for the bathroom they were in.

I wish they all had them. I don't care, and though not an exhibitionist, have nothing to hide. (Perhaps it is being in the autopsy lab and the morgue, but there is not much about the human body that can shock or dismay me.) Why? I can not tell you how many times I see a bloke not wash his hands. And worse, the places being trashed and/or vandalized before I walked in. If there could be some way to catch the scoundrels in the act, then I would welcome a bit of privacy invasion. Those who destroy, soil, and otherwise render unusable public bathrooms should have their own freedom remanded on the spot, and be forced to clean up their mess.

Schools have them in bathrooms now. I would not be surprised if they were in casinos. Nothing like constant surveillence and enforcement by authority to keep people in line.

yer i think some casinos have camras in the bathrooms to watch out for theft and fights so they can have better control of there securaty but not all have because of privery

They are not allowed to have them without a sign and they must not be positioned in any way that they could be used to invade people's privacy. If you suspect there is a camera in any private place which could be used to commit an offence of this type, you should report your concerns to police. If there is no sign warning of a camera then this is illegal and the owners could face prosecution.

Not at the one I work at, but very possibly in Vegas and other countries. Probably just to monitor fights and arguments. The stalls are still private so you are free to do whatever bad behavior you like.
