Only to visit someone. And that was as close as I ever want to get to being..in jail.

Yes. Incorrectly charged with murder - spent over a year in a max security jail before my appeal which I won. anddeb is right 0 you never want to go there...

yeah it sucks. you have to eat bologna sandwiches everyday.. and you can't go home.

Yes, and it's definitely not fun. Their sandwiches are horrible too :-/ . They said it was turkey, but I doubt it. Yuck.

We toured the new federal prison in our area after it was built. Not some place I'd want to spend any time!!!

NO ,, my son got put in for drunk driving and he was only there for a very short time and he was crying by the time he got back home and he thought he was a tough guy and that was the first time Id ever seen him cry since he was like 2 yrs old and at the time he was 19
