Does anyone else have a FANTASTIC ex husband or wife? My ex husband just called to tell me he deposited some money in my acct to help me out for Christmas. Has anyone else done or have had something so nice done by their ex's?

BLESS YOUR EX! :) No. My ex hated me for initiating the divorce. So nothing nice ever since. But I am happy for you. :)

Yes he's fantastic, I hope he sent you way more than what he spent for the alcohol for certain period though. But yes he's nice to you.

my ex hubby is awesome. We were going to split the cost or our daughters braces. i went in to make a payment, he had already paid it in full. I told him i would reimburse him for half, but he refused stating that he could afford it much more comfortably than i could. he is also a very good friend to me. i just wish he wouldnt call me when he fights with his new wife; it pisses her off to no end!

My ex husband and I have a great relationship as well. He ended up being that amazing person that I always knew he could be. He has also been a great father as well. That was nice of you to bring positivity to typically negative subject, LBM. :)

Strange how we can be better ex's than spouses. I divorced a man and had offered my ring back so that he could have one for his new bride. We talk once in awhile but we both know that past is past. He loved that ring more than I did. He deserved to be able to try again with the ring of HIS choice a with a woman that was better for him.

My daughter's mom is an angel in my book. I am a drunk and she used to be. Two drunks in the same house just can't make it. We were 'on again off again' for 5 years. But even when she could not stand to look at me, all I ever had to do was knock on her door and ask, "Can I have the girl for a few hours?" and she would tell me, "Just let me get her stuff ready." She has since remarried and not only do I get along with her husband, I think she did good when she found him. Now I live with my daughter and son in law right next door to Mom. I probably go to visit more than the girl does.
