If you have itchy palms, does it mean money is coming your way?

Absolutely! my wife is the lucky one. after work, if my wife has an overnite bag packed and waiting at the front door, i know that it has been a lucky day for her and that the palm of her hand has been itching. this is a positive sign of money coming our way. since 1984, my wife's palms have been the barometer of luck in our family. 99% of the time, her itchy palms have brought money our way.

p.s......i think i will stay married to her for a while longer.

My grandmother always told us if your left hand is itchy, it meant money & to rub it on wood. Or if she was being funny, rub it on your behind! If your right hand was itchy, it meant you would meet someone new

I do not know about itchy palms but I had lots of hair on my palms.

Yeah, I've heard that, but doubt its true. Money comes your way, in the form of a paycheck through a job...no itchy palm needed.

It is so interesting to see how superstitions also travel. I am from Morocco, a country that does not share much history with the US, but we too have such superstitions, especially among ladies. Well, it is always fun to see how cultures build believes and habits. But an itchy palm is just an itchy palm as many of you already said.

On November 16, 2008 the corner of my left palm was burning itching. On November 17, 2008 I called my mother to let her know I was returning her tea set, and I asked her the meaning of the left palm itching. She said, "I will call you when UPS arrives." I didn't understand so I ask her to whom was she speaking. She said, "Your Aunt Nanna from Santa Maria, California. She sent all the children of my mother $100.00 cash. This morning my right hand was burning itching like crazy.

i think its true yesterday i had an itchy hand i and my husband whent bingo and to my serprize i won £1000 pounds never won before but was so pleased .and if you have an itchy left foot they say it means you will be standing on fresh grounds

It's supposed to be "left to leave, right to receive". I think it just means you have itchy palms.

Well, I don't know about anyone else, but tonight my left palm was itching, and all of a sudden the IRS put the money in the checking account. Although it was expected, it just happened after my palm wouldn't stop itching. Hmmm.

Dear stranger & new friends out there in the univers that we live in and want to know what would happen in our future ahead what have been waiting for us or hold those answered for each everyone of us. A few month ago yes, I did won $860.00 lotory ticket I pay for $1.00 for the daily 3 number and I won. And my wining number was 011 because I was dreaming that I surpose to be at work 4:00 A.M and in my dream that I was wake up late until 11:00 A.M and I went to buy $1.00 lotory ticket for the daily 3 number and I won $860.00 now my left hand in the middle of my palm is keep itch again.

Mine itches before every payday. It never fails. It didn't itch when I was out of work for four months. The only time, during that time, it itched was when I got my tax return. Strange.

I consider this phenomena a blessing. My personal experience has been when my left hand is itching, money, victory, or other success is coming my way, while an itchy right hand means the opposite. Over time, I've learned to become very attentive these signs, much to my benefit.

I have the same itchy palm issue. Every time the middle of my right palm itch, I would get some sort of money the day after. I hardly ever get an itch from my left hand, even though I have monthly bills to pay! Hmmmmmmm…….

I do believe this might be a strange way of God telling certain individuals, not to worry about money problems & all is well. Therfore, be thankful for that! I'm still waiting for the million dollar itch, whatever that is.....

Hello all readers. Could it be that the people that come onto money with the itchy left hand are in fact left handers? And visa versa for the right handers? Or maybe it could be because itchy hands are most often associated with a skin condition or rash. The most common of these being eczema.
This itching could be due to an allergy to something you have come into contact with. Common allergy causing agents are household detergents or factors linked to your occupation.
There are many other causes of skin inflammation and irritation. Low iron may have a bearing on the itch. It would be worthwhile getting a full blood count done by your GP to ensure that you haven't become anaemic recently.
