it was the beginning of class, I was standing up putting my hair in a bun and he comes and gives me a tight back hug and says '"what are we doing today?" I said "idk" and he was like "u sure" and smiles. He lets go and goes to his friend. Lol am I just dumb because I don't understand. I was quite surprised when he did that. I agree with creamcrackered. This generation is huggy and they hug everybody. Besides that a guy is going to try and rub up on a girl anytime he can make it socially acceptable in his mind. He's also testing boundaries this is where you set a boundary if there's one to be set. Your passive response indicates that it's acceptable to you for him to do this. And encourages him to try it again. But I think you already know this, or you wouldn't have let him get away with it. Just don't be naive and think that you're the only girl he's hugging on.
