  • One method is to use sugar and a really good moisturiser. Mix about a teaspooon with the cream in the palm of your hand and apply to what ever area EXCEPT THE FACE gently. Very gently and rub in a circular motion. The sugar crystals act as the exfoliant and the moisturiser acts to sooth and moisturise the skin. Then wash off and do another area if you choose. If you rub too hard you can scratch your skin and certainly you can damage it that way. Don't use this on your face as it is too harsh. For your face use a flannel wash cloth, use it dry or very lightly damp and use it gently in a circular motion. I purchased Enjo body gloves about 3 years ago and they work like a treat, but they are expensive.
  • Yep I agree sugar with a moisturizer or put it in your face wash for a good scrub. Remember not to scrub your face more than a couple times a week and if you have problem skin stay away from scrubs as they can irritate the heck out of the sensitive skin on your face. This also good to use for a body scrub.
  • I use salt as an exfoliant, it works for me!
