All of the terms you have asked to define relate to bacteria. The Gram test is a test used to determine which class a bacterial species belongs to. Bacteria are broken up into two broad classes, Gram negative bacteria respond negatively to the gram test, and have only a cell wall. Gram positive bacteria respond positively to the test and have an out lipid membrane on top of the cell wall. Spherical refers to the shape of a bacteria, and is when they appear round in culture and under a microscope.
