  • I have several "jars" within me..a "job jar" when I was working..it often overflowed with tasks to accomplish. A "joy" jar, which overflows all the time from multiple happy events. I've never felt great joy after suffering because I haven't really suffered. I have often said to my kid through the years "My joy jar is already full..can't take in any more right now"..I don't ever remember it being due to having a desire fulfilled. It usually is a result of simply being grateful, content, at peace and in the company of those I love. :)
