Weird (or... "eccentric") enough for people to believe anything about him, yes. Child molester, no. The family that accused him in the trial from 2005 admitted they lied under oath and made allegations like that against others to get a big settlement, and the mother pleaded guilty last year to fraud and perjury charges. They changed the time-line and charges and stories many times and the way the DA handled the case came across as very shady. The accuser from the 90's had endless chances to testify in criminal court (regardless of any civil settlement) but he refused and even escaped the country to avoid subpoena. That case went to two grand juries in the mid 90's and neither believed there was enough evidence to indict. The DA in the case created a high profile, international telephone line and website to find more victims in 2003, and even traveled to other countries over the years to find some more victims, and still found nothing. Six dozen police officers spent a whole day raiding Neverland Ranch and went back a second time, and still found not one trace of child pornography, or Jacko would have been charged for it (a federal offense). And I think these "little kids" were actually almost as big as he was, and probably much stronger :) That's what I think.

Ok this is coming from a fan...but also a guy that once believed he was a pedophile/freak. It wasn't until about a year ago that i got curious one day and decided to learn a bit more about the guy whose music i love. Believe me when you read about both cases of child abuse allegations i think you'll find that there is a lot more to the stories than the media is letting out. Not about the child abuse cases but also learn a bit about him and his life, his childhood in particular and learn about what he has to endure every single day of his life. I found that after i learned about him i saw that he's not what people say about him...he's actually a very decent guy with some unfortunate psychological and physical problems that are beyond his control. I'm assuming you mean Michael Jackson? Yes, having worked with sex offenders and knowing how they operate, I'm about as certain as I can be that he did. First of all, pedophilia is not about love or courtship or relationship. Usually it is about stress release and any child will do. Often times the offender has been molested himself and has thus learned that this is the was adults relieve stress: by using a child to release it. The offender is more concerned with finding a child to have sex with to relieve their stress and not getting caught than anything else. Typically, the offender still sees himself as a child, so its like playing doctor, and/or the offender objectifies the child and sees it like a blow up doll. They carefully choose a child who is not likely to tell or not likely to testify against them or not likely to be a good witness and then they test that child and the child's family over time with increasingly overt acts to see what happens. If the child doesn't tell or the family doesn't go to authorities, then the perpetrator crosses the line and has sex with the child. So some questions you might ask yourself are: do you think Michael Jackson still saw himself as a child? Do you think he objectified children? (dangling infant over railing? Giving two kids the same name? Keeping their faces covered all the time?) Do you think that he might have been molested in the past? (cutting up his face so that he wouldn't look like his father?) Do you think he had the opportunity to groom this boy by exposing him to increasingly pornographic material and watching to see what the boy and his parents did? (Secret video room behind bedroom closet, time spent with the boy and his family over months?). Do you think the boy was unlikely to tell or be believed in court? (Cancer and likelihood of dying before he could testify, crazy mom who had committed crimes herself and could be blackmailed?) Oh, and then there is the issue of the child's surly behavior being used as evidence that the child was unstable and lying. I've never yet met a victim of molestation, particularly those in unstable homes, who didn't end up surly, untrusting and with problems with authorities after the event. Kids think adults are all knowing and the frequently blame authorities for the attack. In their eyes, the authorities knew and did nothing, therefore condoning the attack. In reality, their teachers and school administrators, parents, and law enforcement didn't know, but the kid usually believes they did and didn't act.

to be honest ... No!, no evidence what so ever to say he did ... plenty of innuendos and here say and out and out lies by people who wanted to make money out of him. Yes he did pay one party to keep it out of court but I feel he only did this because he was fed up with his name being dragged through the mud and court and the end result would have been the same as the other court cases ... no guilty... BUT even more damage would have been done to him
