Yeah, I felt like that and quit my job. Now I'm extremely bored...and wish I was at work. Funny how that worked out! LOL!

Every night before go to sleep I think to quit my job, than I remember that I don't have money and... Oh well... I get up and go to work...

One can't stay a child forever. Work is fulfilling and is a part of adulthood. It's not always pleasant and "fun", but it's satisfying to know that you are able to financially support yourself and those who depend on you. Work promotes healthy self respect.
-
amen to that
-
Yes. That's one of the best things about being a stay-at-home worker; I can simply stop working when I feel that way. It only lasts a few hours or maybe a day or two, and then I just pick up where I left off. Sometimes all I need to do is take a walk around the block, or take a nice long shower and nap.

Yup, quiet frequently :P

Yes, that's why I'm on leave now. But I will return to work in the middle of December. I don't want my leave credits to run out.

yes sometimes I think we live on a slave planet but its just the way it is we are born into it.

And, and your ripe old age, then what would you do?
-
Mostly in my sickness!
-
Yes, but I enjoy getting paid so I'll suck it up.
-
Yes. I do enjoy what I do & I'm very grateful for it, but it would be nice to be able to take a break.
-
Yes, about every other day.
-
When i got my first job at McDonalds. The first day seemed like it would never end. From that day i tried to figure a way to get out of working my life away. When i went in the Navy, i thought maybe i'd stay for 20 years and retire, but the way the US wants to go to war all the time, i figured i'd die before the 20 years were up. So when i got out of the Navy, i saved all i could and invested it. I was able to retire at 44 and now i'm 58. I lost $160K in the stock market just this year. I think i kept enough in the bank to get me to when i can get Social Security.

I refuse to answer this question....

Yes, I get that feeling all the time lately. It's a real effort to go in every day. I know I should be grateful to be employed but mostly I just feel tired.
-
I physically can't. I'm applying for unemployment tomorrow. It sucks. Stop wining about your crappy jobs...at least you have them.
