Anyone have any complaints about cellphone carrier's contracts?

ATT/cingular..2 year contract $150 cancellation fee. I had 6 phones in 2 years cause they kept playing out and they refused to let me cancel the service without the cancellation fee. I think they are TOO HIGH. I know they need cancellation fees but if you have to cancel because of their service problems, their should be no fee at all. Your cancellation fee should decrease as the contact lessens. Personally I don't think they should have cancellation fees myself. It's hurting them. I can use a provider now that charges no can. fee and no contract and it's much better.
