Does Disney have any black villains?
I was putting together a puzzle of Disney villains and happened to notice none of them are black. Some are purple and there are middle eastern villains, but are any of them black?

Linda Joy Yes, gray. But obviously Chinese. However, there is a disproportionate number of white female villains! -
mushroom There's also Darth Vader, voiced by James Earl Jones, but that's kind of a cheat too. -

Linda Joy Oh, ok. I don't really know that much about it. My son gave me the puzzle for my birthday and I just saw a lot of wicked women and some animals then realized none of them were black. But isn't Vader Luke's father?

No. That would be racially stereotyping the character and we can't do that.

But they can have a disproportionate number of evil white women! And I think they unfairly target animals in this area as well. Hahaha. -

Agreed. There needs to be a proportional amount of sub-groups represented in their villainy arsenal.
