The song title is 'Last Kiss'. It was written by Wayne Cochran in 1962 and originally performed by Wayne Cochran & the C.C. Riders, but J. Frank Wilson and the Cavaliers had a hit with it in 1964. I think Shannon did a cover, but I couldn't find what year. Here are two videos.
