MY NEIGHBORS HAVE 4 DOGS, WHEN THEY LEAVE THEM UOTSIDE DURING THE DAY THEY CRY ALL DAY LONG, SO SAD, WHAT CAN I DO? I'VE TRIED TO TALK TO THEM BECAUSE MY HUSBAND WORKS AFTERNOONS AND CAN'T SLEEP BUT THEY JUST LAUGH.

Well your local council should have ruless on noisy dogs/neighbours. Report it to them.

i think yall are not much dog lovers,so try this for the dogs,take a stick put it in the ground at an angle,about 3 feet tall.put a piece of string with two pie pans on it so they will make noise in the wind,it will get the dogs attention,after a few days they should quit most of the barking.
