    No and No. many smokers dream that they can quit, and it effects them mentally, and physically, which then leads to more suffering to the mind.

    Does smoking reduce depression??
    I'm sure smokers feel this way as they are addicted to cigarettes and feel relief when smoking.. However I'm sure that depression has a big impact on the physical body as does smoking so I'm sure it does not help at all..
