I recommend doin them,i used to do like 500 a day or sometimes more.Ju st do a little at a time and take some breaks in between.You will be able to do more and more every time you do them.but dont work your arms to hard.

well how do i know when i have had too much and how long till i will notice results? oh and i use 10 pounds cause thats just enough for me.

if you are too weak then you have to start by gaining muscle tone, do light exercise or sport (basketball is great), I personally don't recommend weight lifting (many will disagree) at your age, sports is the best way to go. you see, the thing with sports is that they are very entertaining and you can spend hours playing and not noticing that you're really exercising a lot, I can spend 4 hours playing tennis or basket but I can barely spend 1/2 hours on the gym (I just get bored).

Did you wan to lose weight or gain weight son? Just remember something, you are 13 years old. Up until I was 15 years old most girls where taller then I was and could beat me up. (I only weighed about 100 at 13) At age 15 I grew 6 inches and gained 30 to 40 pounds in one year. Over the space between age 16 to age 21 I grew only another 2 1/2 inches.
