Are military strategies & decisions of defense constructed & decided by an armies Generals & Chiefs? - So why is there so much concern re Obama's military knowledge - Does not any president rely on the more qualifeid to make these decisions?

Of course he relies on others to take the decisions but he has to look like he knows what he is talking about. Remember the Reagan boobs? Not good on worldwide television.

Any concerns regarding Obama's military knowledge can easily be put to rest by comparing them to Bush's military knowledge something that should be very easy for the oponents of Obama to understand since it was them who voted Bush into power - twice!
