I have a 95 toyota pickup 22r 5 speed 4x4. when pushing on clutch to start it just makes a click noise and wont start. take about 15 minutes to get it started. does anyone know what is wrong.

most manual vehicles have a safety switch right behind the clutch pedal small button if it doesn't push in your truck won't start.

change the clutch ingage switch behind the clutch pedal....looks almost like a brake pedal switch....it should solve your issue.
