  • About ten minutes.I say ten minutes and I just go to sleep and on the dot of ten minutes I am awake and refreshed!
  • On average, seven hours.
  • five being the minimum and anywhere between seven - eight being the maximum. any more or less and im yawning all day!

  • About 9 hours... After about 9 hours of sleep Im as good as new!
  • About 8 or 9 hours. I usually don't get that much. Also, if I have to get up before 8 it doesn't usually ever matter how much sleep I got, I'll always feel tired.

  • I believe 8-9 hours is great. Being a bodybuilder I get regular exercise and I know that sleep is so valuable i wouldnt dream of living off 6 just to have more personal time it isnt worth it.Especialy for muscle recovery and good ehart health, you need plenty of sleep and its proven too little sleep does put you at highe rrisk for heart attacks. I believe it i feel so draiend on days im forced to get 6 hours sleep its almost unbearable.I feel like crap with that little sleep. All I can think about is i want to sleep, i need sleep, im tired, on and on.So with 8-9 hours of sleep I feel so great i can work hard all day at my job and exercise after and handle it well.With 6 hours of sleep i dont even try to exercise much at all that day if any.Its too much strain on your body to sleep little and work too much.Sleep is not only important but Vital to every day life,and sacrificing sleep for anything is foolish, and can be fatal.I would recommend to anyone to get 7 hours at a minimal. 9 is a pretty good max amount. 7-9 overall but i like 8-9 personally.if i want to be my best in life i need to sleep my best.
