Do you think it looks okay for a woman to wear a colored bra with a white shirt, meaning that the bra shows through the shirt? I think it looks tacky, but a lady on the Today Show says it looks ok. Would you do it?

I'm old fashioned. I think underwear showing is tacky. If you're going to call attention to your bra why wear a bra at all-I'd enjoy that much more?

Ick. Nude or white bras under white shirts only. Wearing a colored bra under a white t-shirt is like tank tops with the tops of bras and straps showing. It's all extremely tacky.

It depends on two things: A.) Where your going. I probaly think this look isn't good at church or maybe some formal event. B.) If its your style. Personally, I think it looks tacky. Usually people want attention on them in a positive way, or look at me "I'm hot," seeing the color of your bra doesn't say "hot" it says "cheap & tacky, but mainly lazy." Don't listen to everything you hear for makeup fashion advice. Find something that works for your body type and makes you feel good. :)

I do it...I wear alotta wifebeaters (white tanks) ...I got blue bra, black bra...grey. I like it. "Tacky" is being afraid of wearing something you enjoy and like yourself, but not doing it cuz people might "think something"

I'm a guy, but I think it's hot. It draws attention to the woman's breasts...big turn-on.

I think it depends on the situation. If you just going out with no intention then it tacky, But if you going to party or on a date I think it ok. I do sometimes but I dont wear a bra lot after work anyway.

thank god for the today show, they made something that is completely skanky and tacky seem completely normal.

If you chose your colors well (and dont forget your own skin color) it can be great. Risky though. check out how different kinds of lighting affect the look. It can vary greatly. No I wouldent do it. Im male and dont need a bra.

Fact from fiction, truth from diction. Looks cool to them women but tacky to most men, like a hanging bra strap. Makes you want to ask them to go get help from their mommies dressing before they leave the house in the morning.
