Can someone explain why Canadians are drawn the way they are on south park? Like egg heads with half their heads moving when they talk to reveal open space. I don't get it.

The people who wrote it are quite obviously racists from whatever country South Park originates.

I think originally when the show first came out the critics panned it for being nothing but fart jokes and bad animation. So as a retaliation Trey and Matt said "we'll show em fart jokes and bad animation" and made Terrence and Philip. At first T&P weren't labeled Canadian but I assume that it's to portray how typical Americans see Canadians as being different from us. Americans and Canadians AREN'T really that different but a lot of americans regard them as being from a different place, strange and foreign. I think canadians are portrayed this way to show in an easily animated way how we see them as different than us and it's immediately visible who is canadian and who is not this way. So they made T&P Canadian and all Canadians from then on on South Park are "flop-heads" as Trey calls them.
