Are there any other bands aside from Coheed and Cambria that use a running storyline throughout all of their songs and albums?

    None that I know of so far. That's not to say that there isn't any others. It's a cool concept, making it even cooler is the fact that they have graphic novels that they release to go along with the albums. Or that the first album released is part II of the story, and the final album will be part I of the story. Another cool bit is Claudio (the lead singer) has a side project, and it creates a storyline that is a prequel to the Coheed and Cambria storyline.
